Jahorina overcame Sloboda in a dramatic finish and recorded her first victory

The home team triumphed in the “Peki” hall after an uncertain ending, and the key role was played by Marko Gutalj, who led his team during most of the match. After the first half, Jahorina had a 38:34 advantage, mostly thanks to a cheerful Gutalj who scored 19 points in that period.

In the sequel, Sloboda managed to come back with results and threaten on several occasions, but the home team regained control in the middle of the second half. At the end of the third quarter, Jahorina gained a 58:54 advantage, and in the last period, with the significant contribution of Stefan Pena, they reached the maximum ten point difference (66:56).

The guests from Tuzla did not give up, and with a series of 9:0, they managed to close to a minimal deficit, but Gutalj and Peno repelled the rush and preserved the advantage.

The question of the winner was resolved in the very finish. Branislav Vujadinović hit a three-pointer with a foul, but Jovan Štulić reduced the score to 76:73 1.9 seconds before the end. After that, Sloboda had an attack for overtime, but Aleksa Jugović’s shot was not accurate.

The most effective player in Jahorina was Marko Gutalj with 26 points and 14 rebounds, while Vujadinović and Kovačević added 13 and 11 points, respectively. For Sloboda, Jovan Štulić stood out with 18 points and Sani Čampara with 14 points.

Jahorina registered their first points in League 4, while Sloboda suffered their second defeat.
