The swimmers of the SPID Swimming Club from Sarajevo achieved a remarkable performance, registering a total of 16 starts, from which they won as many as ten medals, of which four gold, four silver and two bronze.
The most successful among them was Kenan Kovačević with two gold and one silver medal. Ahmed Mašetić won one gold, two silver and one bronze medal, while Jasmin Stanar finished the competition with one gold, one silver and one bronze. The performance was completed by Nedim Njemčević, who also made a significant contribution to the team.
“Apart from sporting achievements, the competition in Zadar was marked by an excellent atmosphere, full of support, togetherness and inspiration, which further confirms the importance of such events for the development and promotion of paraswimming in the region. We congratulate the organizers for their excellent organization and hospitality, with the message that the next gathering is expected in Sarajevo at the “Sarajevo Open 2026″ competition, which will be held on May 23 and 24,” said PK SPID.
