The International Football Federation (FIFA) sentenced Albania’s football alliance today with 20,000 Swiss francs and closing the fifth of the stadium in Tirana with Serbia in the World Cup qualifications next year.
The punishment followed the discriminatory behavior of Albania fans during the match against Andorra.
With this sentence, Albania’s football team will not have full support from the tribune in the match against Serbia, scheduled for 7. June in Tirana, Transmissions Regree.
Albania’s football alliance is obliged to submit a plan for the fight against discrimination.
This measure is part of the wider effort to FIFA to suppress inappropriate behavioral behavior around the world.
