In an environment where markets change rapidly, and the pressures on companies grow year after year, only those who understand the mechanisms of growth manage to achieve business continuity and stability. Such companies and their stories are the focus of the conference called “How to accelerate growth?”, which will be held March 25, at the Youth Center in Sarajevoorganized by Poslovni novini.
The conference is realized as part of a regional project Fast growing companies – Adria 1000 Fastest Growing Companieswhich ranks companies in the Adria region based on actual financial performance and compound annual revenue growth rate (CAGR).

About the Fast Growing Company project – Adria 1000
Analyzes of Poslovni novini, based on financial reports for the period 2022–2024. , show that in Bosnia and Herzegovina as many as 4,844 companies achieved continuous growth in revenue, measured through the compound annual growth rate (CAGR). The data additionally indicate that growth in the domestic economy does not occur evenly, but is concentrated in companies that have clearly defined strategies, efficient operational processes and the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
The analysis of the structure of fast-growing companies shows that the largest number of companies that record accelerated growth come from the sector non-specialized wholesale shops and road transport of goodswhich confirms the key role of logistics and distribution in modern business processes. A significant share is also recorded by companies from the area construction of residential and non-residential buildingswhile the sector of information technologiesled by companies in the field of computer programming, continues to grow steadily, especially through export-oriented business models.
Engineering and technical activities, retail trade, the pharmaceutical sector and catering also form an important part of the structure of fast-growing companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which confirms that the domestic market is characterized by a wide range of entrepreneurial initiatives and development directions.
The regional context gives additional weight to the project. On the leaderboard Adria 1000 – Fastest Growing Companies is located 109 companies from Bosnia and Herzegovinaand the fact that they are particularly noteworthy two bh. companies among the three fastest growing in the entire Adria regionwhich confirmed the competitiveness of domestic companies on the regional market. The largest number of companies on the regional list comes from the sector construction industry, wholesale trade, of ITconsulting and engineering services, which clearly indicates the investment and development cycle that characterizes the entire region.
The conference will be held on March 25, in the Sarajevo Youth Center, and the number of places is limited.
