Cooperation between SRK Zrinjski and Kindergarten Sportić from Mostar was signed on Saturday at the Handball House of the University Handball Club Zrinjski in Rodoč.
Vrtić Sportić was founded in 2013 and today gathers approx 200 children. From the very beginning, it emphasizes sports, as the first kindergarten of its kind in Mostar and its surroundings, with the aim of proper development and guidance of children with an emphasis on sports.
We are talking about a family with a pronounced sports tradition – Klepić family is behind this project, and their members have achieved significant sporting success in karate.
Miroslav and Zdenko Klepić are long-time sports workers, founders of the Neretva karate club, and they have achieved top results both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Europe.
The fruit of their successful work is the fitness trainer prof. of kinesiology Damir Zadro who made a notable successful career.
The owner signed the contract on behalf of the kindergarten Ivan Klepića top athlete who won a number of national and international competitions during his career, including the title of the 2018 European champion in karate.
In working with children special focus we focus on the recognition and development of sports potential in preschool children. With professional staff consisting of kinesiologists, while our educators have appropriate professional training in the field of physical educationsaid Klepić.
As part of this cooperation, our first-team players Šoljić and Simić, together with the coaches of the Zrinjski Handball School, Saltarić and Ibrulje, visited the kindergarten, where they introduced the little ones to the basics of handball.
Club president Pušić thanked for this type of cooperation, stressing the importance of connecting sports teams and the youngest age group.
