The judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Municipal Court in Gračanica accepted the proposal of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton and ordered a one-month detention for Amir Hadžić (32) due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the prolonged criminal offense of Mental Violence, combined with the criminal offenses of Stalking and Endangering Security.
Hadžić is suspected of having, at the beginning of July 2026, using his user profile on a social network during a public video broadcast, which was available to an unlimited number of users of the social network, knowingly uttered insulting, humiliating and vulgar insults and swear words against the injured prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton and his family members.
As stated, he did this by insulting their human dignity and violating their psychological integrity. He found the motive for psychological violence in the fact that this prosecutor acted in a case in which Hadžić was previously convicted of the criminal offense of tax evasion.
Also, Hadžić is suspected of having, for a long period of time, continuously and in several interconnected actions, through his user profile on a social network, publicly published a large number of multimedia contents that related to one injured person, aware that through repeated and persistent behavior he is stalking that person and that he is trying to establish unwanted contact and in this way intimidates him and exerts psychological pressure on him, causing the injured party a feeling of anxiety, agitation and fear for his own safety and privacy.
There is a well-founded suspicion that earlier, also using a public video broadcast on a social network, he sent serious threats to two injured persons and thus caused them to feel fear and threat to their lives and safety.
The Prosecutor’s Office is conducting the investigation against the suspect in cooperation with the investigators of the Criminal Police Sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Department for Combating Organized and Computer Crime and the OKP of the PU Gračanica Police Department. After the search in his family home, the suspect was deprived of his liberty on July 3, 2026.
After criminal processing and other investigative actions, he was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office along with a report on the crime committed.
The acting prosecutor ordered the investigation and interrogated Hadžić.
This case will be forwarded to the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of FBiH for the delegation of jurisdiction to another prosecutor’s office in the Federation of BiH, given that one of the injured persons is a prosecutor in this Prosecutor’s Office, it says. Klix.
