The expert jury was awarded by the first decision for the First Essay Prize (literary presentation, the text “a distorted painting, mirror and other decisions: dealing with stereotypes in the Literature for Senj Seferović – Drnovšek”.
– In the text, Travančić deals with the analysis of the literary work Seferović – Drnovšek in the prism of children’s literatures, with the focus on the spikes that Seferović Drnovšek uses as a means of breaking the stereotypes and encourages them to accept diversity.
This research of children’s literature is characterized by a significant innatious approach in which Travancic questions empathy and understanding, stereotyping the prejudice, which confirms that the picture artifters, but may serve as an example in the educational work as an example of inclusion, diversity and wider social activism.

In the selection of arrangements for the Best Unpublished Book / Collection of Children’s Literature Institute, the Professional Jury awarded Zorica Turjačanin for the book “Child, from the soul of the child.” Critically reviews books from literature for children.
– Pavlovic, and the multiple award-winning writer for children, gathered in this collection of essays, presentations and criticisms on modern literature that offer a unique insight into the changes in the literature for children from the end of XX to the beginning of the 19th century.
The book is divided into four units: Introduction to the lifelong work in which three essays (about fairy tales are Grozdan Olujić, poetry Đuro Stipanović and the creativity of Đure Marićić); From the book to the book (with over twenty short records of the books and writers for children), behind the plushes for children Valentina Milačić, Željic Milosevic and Brankice Radonjić) and critical views (about the critical production of Cvijetin Ristanović, Svetozar Ličine and Ljubomir Milutinović).
With this structure Pavlović, Pavlović covered the entire creation for children not only within the Bosnian, but also broader, regional productions and offered a new view of the creativity for children and young people – pointed out in the statement.
Comprehensive Pavlović’s methodological approach to writers and deeds of literature for children and the structure of the work are the reason, as stated, recognized in the academic community and from the professional jury of the arrangements received on the announced competition.
The professional jury, which is 2. April sitting in Tešnji, worked in composition: prof. dr. Vildana Pečenković (Bihać), prof. dr. Mirzana Pasic Kodrić (Sarajevo) and prof. dr. Milutin Đuričković (Belgrade).
