Bosnia and Herzegovina has failed to make any visible progress in the last ten years when it comes to the international mobility of their citizens

After Croatia’s entry into the European Union, BiH citizens must have a biometric passport to enter this neighboring country.
The situation with passports and visa regimes illustrates it further as I would set aside. BiH citizens may travel to 123 countries without visas, which is far less than Serbia (140 destinations) and dramatically less than Slovenia and Croatia, which are among the ten most powerful passports in the world.
Meanwhile, while BH. Citizens still need visas, Serbian citizens, for example, without visas, can even travel to Azerbaijan, Egypt and Kuwait – what BiH citizens are not allowed to travel.
At the top of the Henley Passport Index there is a Singapore passport, which allows visa-free access in 195 countries. Today, the Croatian passport allows entry without a visa in as much as 184 countries, while I would continue to tavores in the lower part of the list.
