Board of Directors of the University of Zenica, after the Senate of the University of Zenica (UNZE) did not act on their request for the dismissal of the Rector prof. dr. Jusuf Durakovic, according to Article 62. The Law on Visoko Education of the Zenica-Doboj Canton and today removed Rector Durakovic – the Fenni Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the CCR mirza Mirza Mirza Mirza Mirza.
Mušija notes that he is currently on vacation, but, after the unofficial news issued by some portals, contacted by the President of the UNCE prof. dr. Suvada Isaković.
– I just wanted to get confirmation if the information was correct and he confirmed it to me. The Senate, now, has an obligation to appoint the actor as soon as possible, in order to sign the wage order, and the Rector will have a 30-day period to complain about such a decision.
UNZE, namely, after the Senate of UNZE, in the Law provided within 15 days, did not act on their earlier request, used their powers and rescribed Duraković’s duties before the expiration of the first term.
Namely, 30. September last year, the second time was elected to mention the duty, at which, if today’s decision remains in force, it will not even remain until the end of the first term. The second rectoral mandate of Professor Durakovic, namely, was due to start only 11. July this year.
Durakovic did not answer us at a telephone call – he was allegedly on vacation, while the President of the Boieo Prof. dr. SUVAD Isakovic reported, but he did not want to confirm the information that they were fired by Rector Duraković.
– At this point, they cannot give any statement, on this issue. I can only confirm that it was a session of the Board, which was scheduled for two more days ago – Isakovic said.
UNZE UNZE had objections to the financial operations and the execution of the plans, and the UNCE Assembly recently rejected the UNZE operations for 2023. year, but the request was insufficient, ie that it is legally disputed and harmful to the UNZE’s autonomy and integrity.
