Construction company Dar Global and the Trump Organization officially launched the Trump Plaza Jeddah project on Monday – a mixed-use complex estimated to be worth more than $1 billion, the company said in an official statement.
This project represents the third strategic collaboration between the luxury developer listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Trump Organization in Saudi Arabia, following the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024.
Located within the Amaya development along King Abdulaziz Road, Trump Plaza Jeddah is designed as a fully integrated urban destination that brings together residential, commercial and lifestyle amenities.
Positioned as “the most connected address in Jeddah”, the complex will include top-of-the-line office space, exclusive retail outlets, fine dining restaurants, a private lifestyle club for members and branded Trump residences. All facilities will be located around a private park, creating, according to the investors, a unique urban ecosystem adapted to global residents.
Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, said the project reflects confidence in Jeddah’s growing global importance.
– Expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia through Trump Plaza Jeddah confirms our commitment to superior quality and iconic design and emphasizes the strength of our relationship with Dar Global – he said.
CEO of Dar Global, Ziad El Chaar, said that the launch of the project represents a major milestone for the company’s Saudi portfolio.
– This is not a one-purpose project, but a carefully designed urban district for residents who want to live, work and connect in one of the most desirable locations in Jeddah – he pointed out.
