San Antonio Spurs basketball players lost the first game of the semifinals of the Western Conference of the NBA League against the Minnesota Timberwolves with a score of 102:104. On the other hand, the New York Knicks defended their home field advantage and opened the semifinal series of the Eastern Conference against the Philadelphia 76ers with a convincing 137:98 victory.
