During the past weekend, Saturday 26. April, the second race of the Blagaj 5K was held in the Blagaj, organized by the CTSM Blagaj and the Department of Sports and Health of the Faculty of Teachers, University “Džemal Bijedić” Mostar.
More than 300 participants from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region gathered at the start, the aim successfully arrived, 276 pavers, which is an impressive progress compared to last year.
A special charm of the race gave a trail that passes by as much as as many as 11 of the 12 national monuments in the Blagaj, making this sporting event by a unique combination of sports, history and nature.

In addition to the overall winners, the medals are also assigned in the age categories for men and women, in the range of 15 to 60+ years, thus awarded the effort and success of competitors of all ages.
As part of the ceremonial program, thanks to key partners and institutions supported by the organization were made:

Thanksgiving for the President of the Assembly of the HNK Josephalia Alić will be delivered later.
The organization of the race has enabled numerous sponsors, partners and volunteers to which the organizers gratefully thank.
This year, Blagaj 5K brought a more dynamic path, several participants and an extremely positive response of competitors and visitors, which organizers further encourages in the preparations for Blagaj 5K 2026.
