After the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Independent Union of Civil Servants and Employees in Civil Service Bodies, Judiciary and Public Institutions in the FBiH signed the Agreement on the basis and point for salary calculation for the fiscal year 2026, the salaries of the highest political top of the FBiH will increase significantly.
The agreement established a basis in the amount of 540 KM and a point in the amount of 1.00, which will be applied in accordance with the Law on the Execution of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2026 and valid regulations in the field of wages and benefits.
The highest coefficient in the Federation of BiH is held by the president, and that position is currently held by Lidija Bradara. Given that her coefficient is 10.00, she will have a salary of 5,400 KM from next year, which is an increase of 600 KM because in 2025 she had a salary of 4,800 KM.
The coefficient of Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić and Vice Presidents Igor Stojanović and Refik Lenda is 9.80, which means that starting next year they will have salaries of 5,292 KM. As a reminder, in 2025 they had salaries of 4,704 KM.
The Deputy Prime Ministers of the Federation, Vojin Mijatović and Toni Kraljević, as well as the Speakers of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly, Dragan Mioković and Tomislav Martinović, have coefficients in the amount of 9.50, so their salary next year will be 5,130 KM, which is an increase of 570 KM.
Ministers in the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina have a coefficient of 9.00, so their salaries in the next year will be 4,860 KM.
It is important to note that these are basic salaries without allowances based on past work and other benefits.

“The signing of this Agreement continues the social dialogue between the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the representative trade union, with the aim of improving the financial position of employees in government bodies and ensuring a stable salary calculation system in the coming period”, it was announced, it says Klix.
