The New York Knicks took a 2-0 lead against the Philadelphia 76ers in the second round of the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs with a 108-102 home victory on Wednesday, while in the West, the San Antonio Spurs tied the game at 1-1 against the Minnesota Timberwolves by defeating them on their floor with a convincing 133-95 win.
