The economic delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina stays in Beijing in the Chinese – German Commercial Forum these days.
The Development consists of the Minister of Economy of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, the Minister of Economic Canton, the representative of the Federation of BiH Armin Hodzić, the representative of the Saint Adis Hodel Ibrić and the Hilda Ceric representative.
This is the second time that the delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina participates in the meeting “China-Germany (China-Europe) Hidden Champions Forum 2025”, which brings together more than 500 entrepreneurs, politicians and economists from China, Europe and Germany.
Bosnia and Herzegovina’s economic potentials are presented with a focus on the Federation of BiH, Tuzla Canton and Zenica – Doboj Canton. Also, AS holding was also presented with all its potentials in food production, as well as General BH Fair ZEPS. Themes such as industrial partnership with China, German and EU, digital transformation and green transition, and the participants forum are invited to this year’s ZEPS.
– All in all a successful performance in a very interesting and significant economic forum I hope, even more, bring about our economies in an effort to develop cooperation in favor and satisfaction of all participants in this process. As one Chinese proverb says, in restful times, during the storm, someone builds walls to protect themselves, and some windmills to use the enormous energy released. That is why the time in which we live with a certain opportunity for one small country and the economy as ours is to find our place in global development processes. Bosnia and Herzegovina has its potentials and chances, but also friends around the world who want to develop cooperation with us. China, Germany and the EU are certainly among those who are on the side of the joint action in favor of all – said the Minister of Economy ZDK Samir Šibonjić.
