Haris Tabaković, the representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, left the training of his Borussia Monchengladbach earlier due to an injury.
Borussia coach Eugen Polanski confirmed this in a statement to the media.
“Haris Tabakovic had to cut training short yesterday after suffering a minor injury and after that he trained at a reduced intensity. We will have to wait and see after the last training session. Right now it looks like he will be ready to play,” said Polanski.
Borussia Monchengladbach is playing against Augsburg in the next round of the Bundesliga, and what is important is that the team has already secured survival.
Haris Tabaković will play in the World Cup with the BiH national team this summer, and the Dragons’ rivals in the group will be Switzerland, Qatar and Canada.
Tabaković scored 12 goals in the Bundesliga this season, and added two assists to all.
