Široki’s basketball players celebrated in the last round of the regular part of the BiH Championship against the Borca team with a score of 89-87.
The guests opened the match in GSD Pecara better and in the middle of the first quarter gained an advantage from 12 points (7-19). The home team wakes up in the second part of the quarter and reduce the deficit to 23-27.
At the beginning of the second quarter, Široki’s basketball players powered by Trice they do a reversal and after two minutes of the game they take the lead 30-29. Home coach Marijan Bagarić he rotated a lot so that the younger players got minutes already in the first half.

Spectators could see an even game on the field in the third quarter, during which the guests still held a small advantage, but the home team maintained the connection and entered the last quarter with 71-71 at the traffic light.
The last quarter brought an uncertain ending, but the local basketball players managed to preserve the advantage and finally celebrate in this match.
The most effective at Široki were Trice with 21 points and Vujanović with 19, while he stood out against the visitors Makitan with 15 points.
The regular part of the season ended with today’s matches, and the playoffs for the champion should start next week, but it is not yet known in what format.
