NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte was visited by the southern Ukrainian city of Odes together with the President Volodimir Zelenic and said the ‘unwavering’ support of Ukraine after a deadly Russian attack in the north of the country.
Rutte’s visit followed two days after Russian ballistic missiles hit the city of Sumi on Sunday, killing 35 people and earlier than 100, according to Ukrainian officials.
