Although Hapoel opened the match better and took the lead with 13:4, Real very quickly caught the rhythm, stabilized the game and by the end of the first quarter reversed the score to 21:23.

The key moment of the game happened in the second part when the Royal Club made an impressive 17:0 run and went to a big 21:36.

From that moment on, the Spanish giant controlled the match and did not allow his rival to make a serious comeback.

In the end, Hapoel managed to reduce the deficit to a single digit number of points, but Real kept their composure and brought the game to an end without major problems.

The most effective player in the winning team was Garuba with 16 points, Maledon added 14, while Hezonja scored 13 points.

On the other side, Otura had an excellent game with 27 points and six rebounds, while Micić finished the match with 16 points, 11 assists and seven rebounds.

Let’s remind you, Olympiacos also secured their place in the final tournament earlier by eliminating Monaco.
