The Cantonal Institute for Urbanism and Spatial Planning of Zenica – Doboj Canton within two years will develop an urban plan of the municipality of Vareš.
In the presence and with the consent of the Minister for Spatial Plan, Transport and Environmental Protection of the Zenica-Dobia Canton of the Municipality of Vareš for the period 2025 – 2045.
The bearer of preparation on the construction of the Urban Plan of the Municipality of Vareš is the Municipality of Spatial Planning, while the Cantonal Institute for Urbanism and Spatial Plan in the Ministry of Physical Place, Traffic and Communications and Environmental Protection and Protection of Zenica-Doboj Canton.
– The Cantonal Institute has undertaken that the textual and graphic part of the plan will process according to the thematic entities and to the analogue and universal GIS formats, in accordance with the Law on the Production of Plan, Realizing that this important document would be a quality basis for Economic development of the municipality of Vareš.
For Ermina Musa, the Assistant Chief of Zdravko Marošević, the urban plan means the continuation of positive events in this municipality that will have a certain purposeful organization, use and purpose of space to new planning documents.
– This is a development planning document that we want to define the basic principles of planning landscaping in the area of Vareš – said Musa.
