The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that 10 people were killed and 24 injured, including three children, in the attacks on Friday night.
Hezbollah said eight of its members and an Ethiopian domestic worker were among the dead.
Israel’s military said on Saturday it had killed several Hezbollah members responsible for the rocket fire, claiming the Iran-backed group had recently planned attacks on Israel.
According to the military, the targets were command centers in eastern Lebanon.
Eyewitnesses said that the affected buildings were completely destroyed, and nearby houses were damaged. Civilians were reportedly injured by flying pieces of glass.
Among the dead Hezbollah members was a high-ranking military officer, identified by Hezbollah as Hussein Yaghi. The funerals were due to take place in Bekaa Governorate in eastern Lebanon later on Saturday.
President Aoun called on international partners to put pressure on Israel to stop the attacks and prevent further regional escalation.
Under American auspices, Israel and Lebanon recently held talks aimed at strengthening the ceasefire and progress towards lasting peace. The two countries are officially still at war.
The last conflict ended with a ceasefire in late 2024, which included the gradual disarmament of Hezbollah.
However, a key deadline expired at the end of last year, and the group has so far refused to disarm.
Tensions have risen since then, with both sides accusing each other of violating the agreement. Israel claims that Hezbollah is arming itself and has continued almost daily attacks in Lebanon, causing casualties.
The Israeli military said in a statement on Saturday that it remains committed to the ceasefire agreement.
