The newly elected Pope Leo XIV today, when meeting the representatives of other confessions and churches, said that the moment for dialogue and the construction of bridges, the Italian media was transferred.
– I am convinced that, if we agree and release ideological and political conditioning, we can say “not” to “peace, adding to the economy and the planet Earth, and we accept the integrated development, the Ansa agency.
The Pope also commented on the representatives of other confession on Jewish roots of Christianity, pointing out that all Christians have a special relationship with Judaism.
– Theological dialogue between Christians and Jews remains always important and close to my heart. Even in these difficult times, burdened conflicts and misunderstandings, it is necessary that we continue to enter this very precious dialogue with enthusiasm – the Pope concluded with representatives of other religions.
