Now and officially: Pensions in FBiH finally increased

The amendment of the above Rulebook is a consequence of the recently adopted amendments to the Law on PIOs regulating the right to pay the difference in pensions to the amount of the lowest pension

The Board of Directors, with the rest, adopted the Institute’s Framework Document for the period 2026-2028, and the Rulebook on the Rules of Procedure of Pensions from the summary of the amount of the lowest pension referred to in Article 81 of the Law on Mio.

The amendment of the above Rulebook is a consequence of the recently adopted amendments to the Law on Mio regulating the right to pay the difference in pensions to the amount of the lowest pension.
