– The feeling, regardless of the situation, is phenomenal for me. It will be an honor and a privilege to be part of a club that I have admired since childhood. I said that the other day in a statement, that when I didn’t already play for Želja, I will now have the opportunity to represent, in my opinion, the biggest club in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a coach – Milošević said for the club’s website.
He pointed out that the situation in the club is not great, and that until June, with the dedicated work and professionalism of the coaching staff and the team, they will try to fix things as much as possible.
– So we have a big, difficult and complex job waiting for us, but I have always looked at problems and obstacles in life as challenges, not as things to complain or whine about. I can’t wait to get to work. The guys who came with me have great, positive energy, they also have knowledge. It’s not the first time we’ve come across situations like this – practically in all previous engagements, coming to clubs, we’ve always encountered big problems and crises, so we’re not unfamiliar with this kind of situation, and in most cases we’ve managed to fix and correct a lot of things relatively quickly. I hope we will manage to do it here as well – added Milosevic.
