Freiburg football players gained a big advantage in the first quarter-final match of the Europa League, in which they outplayed Celta Vigo in front of their fans and beat Celta Vigo 3-0.
Freiburg did a great job in the first half in which he acquired two goal leadand considering the complete dominance, the home team could have had a bigger advantage before going on vacation.

It didn’t take long for the hosts to take the lead, in the 11th minute William Gomes spoiled the home fans and gave Porto a 1-0 lead. But the real one cold shower happened for Porto only two minutes later. At the end of the first half, Aston Villa took the lead with Konsa’s goal in the 44th minute, while at the start of the second half, in the 51st, Watkins made it 2-0. A glimmer of hope for Bologna came in the 90th minute when Rowe was the only home scorer to make it 1-2, but another setback for Bologna came in stoppage time. Watkins was alone in front of the home goalkeeper in the 94th minute and scored his second goal of the game for the final 3-1.

On Wednesday, Braga and Sevilla’s Betis played the first quarter-final match, and the duel ended in a 1-1 draw on Portuguese soil.
The return matches will be played next Thursday.
