The initiative aims to enable additional write-off of tension interest for taxpayers, while stimulating the collection of the main tax debt.
Key provisions of the proposal
According to the proposed changes:
– Taxpayers will be able to exercise the right to write down tension interest, if they get the main debt within 12 months from the day of entry into force.
– The debts incurred in late 31. December 2021 were included. Years.
Justification of an urgent procedure
The law is proposed to be considered in the urgent procedure, in accordance with Article 191. parliament (2) of the Rules of Procedure of the FBiH Parliament. In the letter of the presidency of the Chamber, Čavalić explains that the delay of the law could have harmful consequences for the budget of the Federation, while direct fiscal benefits would be achieved at no additional cost for public finances.
Previous results as a basis for new measures
