On Saturday, 26. April, Soldo performed On the international UCI C3 racewhere he drove extremely strongly and held the lead, but during the race, there was a break of the tire, which is why it fell into another place from the leading position. Despite the technical problem, he showed outstanding combat and the race finished immediately behind the leading Italian, winning great 2. place.
Only a day later, on Sunday, it was held State Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina in XCM Disciplinewhere Soldo is uncertain and exhausting fighting with Vedad Karić for the title of the champion after almost three hours, managed in the very end of the race to make a key difference and conquer 1. place, and thus Become a BiH State Champion in MTB Marathon.
The races were driving in technically and physically demanding trails, which have further tested the readiness and endurance of the competitors.
Ivan Soldo is the current champion of the Balkans in the XCM discipline, multiple state champion and one of the most successful cyclists in the region. These results represent an important step in its preparations for European and world competitions that follow.
