The lawsuit was filed in the Milan court, the Corrier Della sera newspaper reported, not stating details. Google’s spokesman of the Italian branch did not immediately comment on the laws of lawsuits.
In 2017, the European Commission said to Google a fine of 2.4 billion euros for violating the regulations on an equal market competition, requesting that the equal competition treatment in the price comparison segment.
In September last year, the EU court rejected Google’s appeal and confirmed the sentence.
