The mother allegedly threatened her nine-year-old daughter with a knife and injured her. The girl ran to the balcony and jumped from the first floor, the police said.
According to this information, the 62-year-old neighbor observed the situation and caught the girl. Police said the child suffered minor injuries. It is not known why the situation in the shared apartment escalated on Wednesday afternoon.
Police forces arrested the mother. The 38-year-old reportedly has mental problems and is currently being treated in a clinic. The girl is in the meantime with her father.
