With the aforementioned legally binding decisions of the disciplinary body of the competent federation, Ibrahim Hasanbegović, due to serious and repeated disciplinary violations from Articles 78, 79, 82 and 84, paragraph (3) and (4) of the Disciplinary Rulebook of the NS/FS BiH, was sentenced to expulsion from the football/soccer organization, with a fine of 5,000 KM.
Eldin Baković, for the disciplinary violations referred to in Article 79, paragraph (1), Article 78 in connection with Articles 34 and 38, Article 82, paragraph (1) and Article 84, paragraph (3) of the Disciplinary Rulebook of the NS/FS BiH, was sentenced to a two-year ban on the performance of his duties, as well as a fine in the amount of 1,500 KM.
While considering the request in question, the Disciplinary Commission of the NS/FS of BiH stated that it was a case of more serious disciplinary violations, and the disciplinary sanctions were imposed commensurate with the committed disciplinary violations.
The Disciplinary Commission of the NS/FS of BiH confirmed the decision by which Ibrahim Hasanbegović is permanently excluded from the football/soccer organization, and Eldin Baković is prohibited from performing his duties and working in football/soccer for a period of two years.
