Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenki said he was ready to come to Istanbul on Thursday to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and discussed the end of the war.

Earlier, Ukraine expressed openness to negotiations with Russia, but provided to be a ceasefire first.
