The suspects are charged with organized group pedophilia, pimping, rape of minors under the age of 15 and intentional transmission of HIV. The investigation is being conducted by the French Department of Criminal Investigation, and according to their information, all the arrested suspects are of Senegalese nationality.
They are believed to be part of a “criminal group”, specializing in the “sexual training” of young boys. The boys were allegedly abused by men, mostly HIV-positive, who had unprotected sex with them, and filmed everything.
The four arrested, who live in Dakar or Kaolack, have been identified as key members of the group, described by local investigators as “sex trainers”. They allegedly admitted to committing the crime and stated that they acted on the orders of a French citizen, for which they received monetary compensation.
