The Portland basketball players secured the seventh place in the Western Conference of the NBA League, while the Charlotte Hornets knocked out Miami after overtime, remaining in the game for the playoffs.
Charlotte defeated the visiting team at home Miami Heat with 127-126 after overtime, and he secured the victory LaMelo Ball who hit a layup with 4.7 seconds left as Miles Bridges blocked Davion Mitchell’s shot as the buzzer sounded.
Ball finished with 30 points and Bridges added 28 for ninth-ranked Charlotte, which forced overtime when Coby White hit one of his five 3-pointers with 10.8 seconds left in regulation.
Brandon Miller had 23 points for the Hornets, and White finished with 19.
On Friday, the Hornets will play the loser of Wednesday’s match between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Orlando Magic, and the winner of that match will face the Detroit Pistons in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Code Miami the best was Mitchell with 28 interceptions, and Andrew Wiggins scored 27 points. Heat center Bam Adebayo he came out with a lower back injury after taking a hard fall early in the second quarter and never returning to the game.
Herro scored 23 points, Jaime Jaquez Jr. added 13 points, Kel’el Ware had 12 points and 19 rebounds, and Norman Powell had 11.
Miami’s season ended in a game that saw 17 ties and 16 lead changes.
Portland in the playoffs against San Antonio
Basketball players Portland away from home, they won 114-110 Phoenix and secured seventh place in the Western Conference. The winner of that matchup will be the eighth seed and face the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder in the first game of the playoffs on Sunday.
