As many as 11.5 million Real fans signed a petition to expel Mbappe from the club

Kylian Mbappe scored 41 goals in 41 appearances for Real this season, but even that doesn’t help him improve his status with Real fans.

The Frenchman has recently been in the spotlight because of his vacations, conflicts with his teammates and the generally bad atmosphere that is allegedly being created around him at Real.

Wanting to show the club’s leadership how unhappy they are with Mbappe, Real fans started an online petition and the response was incredible. In the first 24 hours, one and a half million fans signed it, and tonight that number grew to an incredible 11.46 million people.

Yesterday, Mbappe spoke out through his representatives and said that the whole story surrounding his behavior was overblown, but it clearly did not sit well with the fans, reports tportal.hr.

The Frenchman has a contract with Real until the summer of 2029 with a basic salary of 32 million euros per season. So far, he has played 100 games for Real and scored 85 goals and 11 assists.
