The meeting of the second-instance commission for club licensing of NS BiH was held on Thursday, and at the session, the appeals of Workers from Bijeljina and FK Rudar from Prijedor against the decisions of the first-instance commission for club licensing were considered.
First-instance decisions the issuance of licenses was refused these clubs to participate in the WWin League competition for the 2026/27 season. ZNK Iskra from Bugojno also filed an appeal against the decision of the First Instance Commission for Licensing of the NS BiH, which was denied a license to participate in the Premier Women’s League of BiH competition for the 2026/27 season.
FK Radnik from Bijeljina and FK Rudar from Prijedor in appeal procedure submitted evidence of the fulfillment of infrastructure criteria, and accordingly the Second-instance Commission for Licensing of NS BiH clubs adopted their appeals, annulled the decisions of the First-instance Commission for Licensing NS BiH clubs, which acquired conditions for issuing licenses these clubs to participate in the WWin League of BiH competition in the 2026/27 season.
ZNK Iskra Bugojno is in the appeal process provided evidence of meeting the financial criteria. Second-level commission for club licensing of NS BiH upheld their appeal and revoked the decision of the First Instance Commission for Club Licensing of the NS BiH. With this decision, they were acquired conditions for issuing a license ZNK Iskra from Bugojno to participate in the Premier Women’s League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 2026/27 season.
