The investigation into the organization of the concert by singer Andreana Čekić at the “Enigma” discotheque in Pale gained a new political dimension after the media close to the SNSD published a series of claims about alleged irregularities in the organization of the event, while television BN connects everything with internal conflicts at the top of the ruling party.
According to the SNSD-controlled media, the organizer of the concert did not have the necessary permits to hold the performance, and during the event, undeclared waiters and security personnel were allegedly hired, which are in the records of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, reports BN.
Allegations of irregularities
According to the same media, the event in the disco owned by Slobodan Đ. was organized by Marko L., who submitted the application on the day of the concert, although the legal deadline, according to their claims, is 72 hours before the concert.
In the published information, it is claimed that Marko L. admitted during his testimony that he did not have the necessary permits for the organization of the event, while behind him, according to the allegations from the investigation referred to by the SNSD media, is a person of security interest, Milutin Danilović.
It is further stated that the drink for the concert was procured from a cellar owned by Danilović, while Todor Močević, who is claimed to be Danilović’s brother-in-law, was in charge of hiring security.
According to the same statements, the value of undeclared traffic, including space rental, drinks, work of waiters and security personnel, is estimated at more than 50,000 KM, with allegations of possible tax evasion and avoidance of legal obligations.
Insurance statements
The media close to the authorities also claim that Todor Močević is in the official records of the MUP of the RS.
It is stated that during April 2026, information was received according to which Močević, together with several other persons, is allegedly organizing the street sale of narcotics in the area of Pale and East Sarajevo, while, according to these claims, he is being protected by Milutin Danilović.
In the same texts, it is recalled that Močević was previously arrested on suspicion of violent behavior and illegal production and trafficking of weapons or explosive materials.
BN television, however, states that the media close to the SNSD did not mention that Močević is employed by the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Staša Košarac.
BN: Conflict within the SNSD
BN Television assesses that the publication of this information indicates a serious conflict within the structures associated with the SNSD.
As an additional argument, it is stated that, according to their knowledge, Nedeljko Elek was dismissed from all the positions he held, including the position of president of the Jahorin Olympic Center and director of the company “Sarajevo-gas” East Sarajevo.
According to unofficial information transmitted by BN, the decision to dismiss him was made by SNSD president Milorad Dodik, and Elek is allegedly excluded from the party and will not be on the candidate lists in the upcoming elections.
Clash due to police action
Relations worsened after a police action by the MUP of the RS in a nightclub in Pale, after which several young people reported police brutality.
Elek then publicly criticized the Minister of Internal Affairs of the RS Željko Budimir, saying:
“The incompetent minister, strong in theory, but weak in practice, and the corrupt local sheriff failed to come up with anything smarter than beating up Paly children. Shame!”
On the other hand, Milorad Dodik publicly supported Budimir, stating that the police intervention was justified due to, as he said, “serious security failures” in the discotheque.
