The United Nations estimate that about 13,000 civilians were killed from the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the Security Council of the UN Help Coordinator for the UN Help Coordinator said on Tuesday.

Fletcher emphasized that the international law is violated in other conflicts around the world.
“It’s a common thread that connects these conflicts, and if your principles relate only to your opponents, then they are not humanitarian finds,” he said.
