U.S. authorities can continue to collect the controversial import customs currents by the US President Donald Trump, the Federal Appeals Court, only a day after the lower court had passed those measures to cross the boundaries of presidential authorities.
It is a temporary suspension of the New York Trade Court’s decision, which assessed that Trump exceeded its powers when he introduced customs to goods from several countries, including China, Mexico and Canada.
Those measures, according to the then explanation, were focused on combating the smuggling of Fentanil.
The decision of the lower court provoked sharp reactions from the Trump Environment, where it was assessed as an attempt to judge a trumpet in political decisions.
The White House stated in the appeal that the customs customs would seriously jeopardize long-term trade negotiations led by the former administration.
