The area of the fire was 70 square meters. 26 members of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and five vehicles with equipment, as well as investigators and forensic experts, are working on the spot. Criminal proceedings have been initiated for the provision of services that do not meet security requirements.
According to the information of the regional Investigative Committee, the group was in an entertainment facility, and one girl managed to save herself.
As a witness told RIA Novosti, she was celebrating her birthday there.
