The Russian delegation received the Ukrainian draft of the Memorandum on Potential Fire, the Assistant Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Chief Negotiator of the Russian Delegation in the upcoming negotiations in Istanbul Vladimir Medinski, reports Tanjug.
Ukraine insists on the absence of the limitations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the absence of international recognitions of new regions, which Russia has annexed and requires reparation payment.
