Russian armed forces control all areas of the Ukrainian city of Kupyansk, confirmed today the Commander of Group West, Lieutenant General Sergey Kuzovlev.
During the report, he told Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, who visited the command post of the “Zapad” group, that “the enemy’s offensive on Kupyansk was unsuccessful.”
Kuzovlev added that all districts of Kupyansk are under the control of Russian troops, despite the attempts of the Ukrainian armed forces to enter the city, reports RIA Novosti.
