The Široki Brijeg handball school was visited on Sunday by the famous Croatian handball player Nikša Kaleb, Olympic and world champion, who gave the young athletes an unforgettable experience and a strong incentive for further work.
During the visit, Kaleb told the participants part of his rich handball experiencespoke about the path to top results and medals won at major international competitions. Special emphasis was placed on the practical part of the training, where he did several exercises with the children, focusing on “feints” from outside positions and precise shots from the wing.
The people of Shirobriježa got i donation of 10 ballsand the 2013/14 generation team was at the training. while the other members were in the auditorium.
The young handball players followed every advice of the celebrated champion with great interest, and the meeting took place in an extremely cheerful and motivating atmosphere. The training was followed by photo shoot and autographs – the participants of the School had many questions for the famous representative, and Kaleb selflessly shared advice and signatures.
