The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider the principles of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Fundamentals of Traffic Safety in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whose proposers are SDP MPs and Jasmin Imamović.
The Commission for Traffic and Communications of the House of Representatives has supported the principles of the proposed law on Monday.
Penalties for “Bahat Run”

– If the boss ride is caused by a car accident, a penalty of 3,000 to 5,000 km is defined, nine months of confiscation of driver’s license and four criminal points.
If the use of mobile phones is the cause of the traffic accident, a penalty of 400 to 2,000 KM is proposed, a driver’s license from one month to six months and two criminal points – some of the envisaged sanctions.
Magazinović and Imamović especially emphasize that the needs of the laws are also aware of, but that the priority of the judiciary and the police must be resolved, above all the speed, use of alcohol and drugs, a rough violation of traffic regulations and the use of mobile phones.
RS government condemnation for attack on the constitutional order
