Last night, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the continuation of the session in Sarajevo, determined six of its amendments to the Bill on fiscalization of transactions in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
These amendments more clearly specify the legal norms related to the key concepts relevant to the application of the provisions of this law, thus ensuring legal certainty, transparency and consistent application of the law.
The established amendments to the Proposal of this Law also define the moment of fiscalization in the legal profession, then introduce the principle of operational neutrality, which excludes favoring one operator of the telecommunications network.
The established amendments also increase the guarantee for registered producers of the fiscal system (ESET) from 500,000 KM to one million KM.
In addition, exemptions related to public enterprises of the electricity industry and the post office, as well as the Development Bank of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were established.
These amendments become an integral part of the Proposal of the Law on Fiscalization of Transactions in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina also, on the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Finance, determined the statement on the amendments sent to the proposal of this law by the committees and clubs, as well as representatives in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Appreciating the explanations submitted along with the amendments sent by representatives, clubs and committees, the Government considered them justified, and edited and defined them more precisely through its amendments.
Statements were also made on the amendments sent by representatives, commissions, clubs and boards to the Budget Proposal of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2026, and to the Proposal of the Law on the Execution of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2026, as well as to the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budgets in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
