The carriers are looking for a meeting with Nikšić: “The condition is unsustainable, we risk the loss of the market”

The logistics consortium referred a request for urgent dialogue and initiating reform measures in the Prime Minister FBiH Nermin Nikšić.

They point out to express concern about the absence of any response to several addresses in the past month.

Unfortunately, we still testify to daily offices on the field issued by Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the alleged lack of cantonal licenses, even during transportation between Ljubuško and Tuzla. Additional, inspections issued misdemeanor orders on driver’s work Cantonal regulations, ignoring the existence of the state law on mobile workers who clearly define this area, “said in the letter sent to Nikšić.

They say that this fragmentation of regulations causes unnecessary costs, legal uncertainty and slowing down the flow of goods and services.

“The situation is unsustainable, and by June, we will exhaust all the law of the institutional dialogue. We will publicly publish a list of institutions and re-supported the Sector in the Federation of BiH in BiH and employ more than 47,000 people,” stands in a statement.

They sent eight proposals as a basis for establishing a working group:

  • Increasing the DNA for Drivers
  • Amendment to the Law on Profit Tax
  • Possibility of transfer of tax breaks
  • Introduction of incentives for ecological vehicles
  • Fiscalization system reform
  • Recognition of transport as export services
  • Written tax communication
  • Refund of excise diesel fuel.

“Dear Mr. Prime Minister, we are not only one of the sectors – We are the bloodstream of the Federation of BiH. It is a person to meet the challenges and inspectorate the state level of government, and the work of customs terminals depends on the goodwill of federal and cantonal inspections under your jurisdiction. Such a condition brings insecurity and harm to all businessmen. We create logistical service as a new export. They were officially absent, that you have a number of other obligations, but we sincerely ask you to take responsibility together. Our companies want to remain and invest in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and not to move out in this country, “they say.

Point out that without an emergency reaction, the Federation of BiH risks the loss of the market, extinguishing firms and departure of labor, writes Clix.
