The cantonal administration for inspection affairs informs all legal and natural persons in the area of the Zenica-Doboj Canton in the coming period in the coming period of the implementation of the price of direct prices by determining the highest price levels for individual products (V. No. 164/2025, “Official Gazette of F BiH”, Number: 13/25 – Further: Decision), which entered into force 1. March 2025. years.
All legal and natural persons who perform the activities of retailing to harmonize their operations in accordance with the decision in order to ensure that the repressive action in accordance with Article 14. Law on Pricing Law “, No. 2/95, 70/08, 39/24).
The decision prescribes that legal entities registered to do retail trade in all their sales facilities for the highest level of retail prices for all products from Group 1. List of “Locked Prices” and at least 15 products (by one’s own choice) from group 2. List. Individuals registered to perform retail trade in its sales facility are required to determine the highest level of retail prices for at least 10 products from group 1. From point II. Decisions.
In order to ensure the timely consumer notification on retail prices from item II. Decisions, all traders are obliged to a retail price clearly, visible and legibly prominent visual identification mark. Also, at the entrance to the sales facility or in a different visible place within the building, the poster containing a minimum visual identification and the list of items with the previous (regular) price and “locked price” of the same product.
The Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs is recalled that the application of the decision is binding on all legal and natural persons performing the activity of retail. They also invite citizens to seek a fiscal account in each purchase, and that all observed irregularities of the application through the following contacts:
