Based on the Decision on the expanded scope of rights in the field of health care for veterans and their family members (“Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton”, number 26/24), the competent municipal service informs veterans and their family members of the obligation to submit updated documentation in order to exercise the right to health insurance.
In accordance with Article 11, point 4 of the aforementioned Decision, users are obliged to submit the documentation prescribed by Article 8, paragraph (2), namely:
Certificate of movement, as proof of residence,
A certificate from the Tax Administration that the applicant is not included in the unified health insurance contribution payment system,
Certificate from the Tax Administration for the insured – spouse,
Certificate from the Tax Administration for the insured – children, with the obligation to submit a certificate of regular schooling for children over 15 years old who are insured through the service,
Statement of joint household (household list),
Certificate of marital status, if the applicant is the spouse of a deceased demobilized defender or a demobilized defender without other household members,
As well as other relevant evidence, if needed.
The competent service warns that, if the users do not act according to this notice, the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (5) of the Decision will be applied, which implies the adoption of a decision on the termination of the right to health insurance, announced the Municipality of Tešanj.
Also, it is emphasized that the users are still obliged every budget year, in the period from 01.01. until 31.01.submit updated documentation to the municipal service, in order to continue using the right to health insurance.
