He believes that the Dayton Peace Agreement brought the necessary peacefully, but at the same time he broke the functionality of the state.

“BiH remained trapped in the post-flight structure. The Serbian relationship was radicalized, especially since the declaration of Kosovo’s independence. The idea of ​​that the Republic of Srpska can go team. In the current geopolitical context, such aspenses become even more dangerous.”

He especially pointed out Russia, which, uses the Balkans as a reserve area for the realization of their interests: “Dodik is an explicit exponent of Russian interests, which is now showing unpredictability, which further complicates the situation.”

Speaking about Serbia, Pearlo assesses that Vučić loses soils: “Long-lasting protests collapsed by his legitimacy. The crisis was no longer adopted by the desired result. The EU becomes increasingly determined, especially when it comes to sanctions.

The citizens of Serbia, says, no longer trust Vucic.

“His attempts to imitate student protests act unconvincingly. Fiasco rally in niche and rally in Sremska Mitrovica, where he brought people from RS, showing his support to be declining rapidly.”

The idea of ​​the “Serbian world” said that in the phase of decomposition: “The celebration of the Independence of Montenegro showed that nationalist rhetoric can no longer stop the internal problems of Serbia. No defeats and the imperial idea has progress.”

Biserko has also announced the conference ‘Sarajevo and the World’, where they will talk about international actors and their influence on the region: “Unfortunity, the fate of BiH still largely depends on the political processes in Serbia, especially due to the continuous link between Belgrade and Banja Luka.”
