The deadline for the payment of the debt of the Slovenian company ‘ViaDuct’ amounted to 110 million marks has expired. Since yesterday, this debt is higher by three million marks. Every day it will grow to find the final solution. The daily interest is less than 20,000 marks. It is lacking a solution but also responsibility for lost arbitration in Washington.
The deadline for the payment of debt ‘Viaduct’ has expired. An additional 3 million marks on interest and penalties are calculated, BHRT writes. The Budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina has not been adopted. It is not known how 113 million marks will be paid to the Slovenian company.
“The only systematic solution for Viaduct is countless times by the Council of Minis and the Budget Adoption and the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to avoid as soon as possible,” Borjana Krišto, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
The initial interest according to the judgment is 7.1 percent. Due to the complex way of calculating the interest, it is previously explained, it will exceed 20 percent on an annual basis. The debt will grow daily for 18,600 marks.
“The only thing I know that as Slovenia and I as the SLOVENIA and I, as the Ambassador of the Republic of Srlovnia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, are accompanied by the interests of our country so we are so familiar with this example,” Damijan Sedar, the Ambassador of Slovenia in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Legal representatives of the Slovenian company “ViaDuct” do not want to go publicly and comment on anything because it has long been gone to, as they said, the field of politics. There is an agreement on that ground. Government at the level of BiH cannot be agreed from which budget will be paid. The opposition in the RS paragraph is that the case “Viaduct” from the beginning is well planned.
“Someone full of pockets on the account of the people could build a kindergarten or do 15 houses for neglected families. RS will, not, one day to pay for all expenses from arbitration,” Jovica Radulović, the President of the Main Board of the SDS.

The debt has to be paid. Thus, it was decided before the International Center for Solving Investment Disputes in Washington. One of, now already rejected solutions, there was a payment of debt from the profit of the central bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which belongs to RS.
“No economic reason exists that the funds will be settled from any funds, to be bureaucratic and administratively harmonize the manner in which it will be done by the law to increase that debt,” Zoran Pavlović, an economic analyst.
The case dates back to 2004. years. Then the concession of the company Hes “Vrbas” was assigned to “Viaduct”. The contract was terminated after the RS government has awarded a concession for the construction of HPP “Bočac 2” that prevented the implementation of projects previously defined with the Slovenian company.
“What is controversial to this issue was not resolved in a timely manner when it could have been sentenced to the penalties. Only no one expected to be this exactly the amount,” said Damjan Ožegović, Transparency International BiH.
The first lawsuit arrived in 2016. years. “Viaduct” was also interested in withdrawing the lawsuit. One million convertible marks were requested.
