BiH alpine skier Marko Šljivić took 23rd place in the slalom at the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympic Games.
After the first run, Šljivić was 25th, and in the second run he improved by two positions.
This is Šljivić’s second appearance at the Olympics, after two days ago he won 39th place in the giant slalom.
The gold medal was won by Swiss Loic Meillard, silver by Austrian Fabio Gstrein, and bronze by Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen.
Leading after the first race, the Norwegian Atle Lie McGrat did not finish the second race.
Croatian Filip Zupčić won 13th place.
96 skiers registered for the race, and even 52 did not manage to finish it.
